Abstract

I will try to establish (1) if the social impact of public administration studies is positive or negative and (2) a profile of successful graduate of the Public Administration Department; both objectives derive from a quantitative research developed between 1st of February and 1st of September, 2012. The final databases used for this study contain: (1) approximately 540 bachelor and master degree students (for the first objective), and (2) approximately 30 bachelor and master degree students (for the second objective). The paper has three main parts. The first part approaches the theoretical framework referring to the subject matter. The second part analyses the collected data and highlights the main findings. Last but not least, the third part presents the conclusions and the recommendations elaborated based on the data analysis and theoretical framework.
